Configuration of Microsoft Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook and click on the tools menu, then the services menu.
If you DO have an option called "Internet Mail" in your services tab carry on reading these instructions.
If you DO NOT have an option called "Internet Mail" in your services tab, click Here.
 
Make sure the Internet Mail option is highlighted and click on the properties button.
In the General tab under Internet Mail, there are five fields you need to fill in.
Full Name:
This name will appear on email that you send to other people.
E-mail address:
your email address, It will be youraccountname@titan.co.nz
Internet Mail server
Type in pop3.titan.co.nz
Account name:
This is your Login Name or the first part of you email address
Password:
Enter you password here for Email
Next click on the Advanced Options button. There is only one field you need to fill in.
Forward all outbound mail...
Type in the smtp.titan.co.nz and click OK. This will put you back in the Internet Mail window.
Next click on the Connection tab on the Internet Mail Window.
Make sure that "Connect using the modem" is selected and your Titan connection is selected under "Dial using the following...".
Click the OK button to the Internet Mail window.
Click the OK button to the Services windows.
Microsoft Outlook should now be ready for checking and sending email.
 

 
Please use these instructions If you DO NOT have an option called "Internet Mail" in your services tab
Click the add button under the services tab.
Under Add Service to Profile, select Internet Mail and click OK.
This will bring up the Internet Mail window.
